On our agenda for July are the following items:
 
No new motions received at this time
 
Last month I asked for a motion to table the report of the JAT recommended Motion to rescind the awarding of points to the child that won the juniors competition in PA. This request came from a heads up phone call I was asked to make to Lori Pruett in regards to this action approved by the BOD last month. Without this motion I am compelled to post the results on the members list. Ms Pruett asked for me to delay that posting until the national if possible. She felt that the suspended junior committee and their supporters would use that information to ridicule her daughter on the members list as well as in public, from now thru the national. A bit of protective preventative nature on her part.
 
So if someone would like to table the reporting of this motion I could accept that motion for this month’s business.

Treasurers Report
The cash balance on June 1, 2009 was $59,999.71. Income for May was $200 for trophies, $650 quarterly ad revenue, $792 membership/quarterly subscriptions, $114.75 regional specialty and $1.19 interest income. Expenses were $143.26 2008 specialty expenses, $10.35 breed flyer,  $82.90 Quarterly postage, $30 NSF check, $4 bank fees and $38.73 paypal fees. The cash balance on June 30, 2009 was $61,448.41
