About the Judge

Hi, my name is Leanne Radcliffe. I started in Australian Cattle Dogs in 1985 / 1986. I got my first Cattle Dog by chance, we had horses and where we kept them there was a very nice red bitch, Ruby was her name. The chap that owned her was always getting stuck into her, I couldn't see her getting hurt anymore so we asked if we could buy her. That started our love for the ACD's, she was the sweetest girl. We then got involved with the ACD Club of Victoria. We started to breed and show, I am very proud to say that our home bred red bitch Australian Grand Champion Brettcliffe Country Sky (Tara), to our knowledge was the first Grand Champion Cattle Dog in Australia. Most of you know Sue Scholes and it was while Sue was Secretary of the ACD Club of Vic. Inc. that I was asked to be President of the Club and with Sue being my Secretary I gladly said yes. I was president for two years and hope we did some good for this great breed while in office. I now show Great danes and have great success with this breed as well. My husband (Mick) and I are coming over to the Great Dane Nationals in Topeka and we will be in the U.S. for 8 weeks. I am truely honoured to have been asked to judge the Property Classes at the ACDCA Specialty in Rochester. I look forward to meeting you all.

Yours Sincerely
