In addition, ACDRI® will be hosting their annual silent auction, a fantastic vacation getaway raffle, and a live ACD quilt auction. ACRDI® Parade of Rescue Title Holders
Monday, October 2
Olmstead County Fairgrounds bldg 42
For the Parade of Rescue Title Holders entrants submit a story about their
titled rescue dog prior to the event. entrants and their dog appear in the
ring while their story is read by an announcer. Each entrant receives an official
rosette with their dog's information printed on the back. It is great fun
for entrants and audience alike. The dogs love the special attention and it
is a change to tell the world what these special dogs have done. Proof of
spay/neuter must be sent to: Stacy Helsel. Entry fee is $15.00. All proceeds
to to ACDRI®. Entry Form
Dogs entered in the Parade of Rescue Titleholders AND each of the four herding trials on Thursday and Friday are eligible for the new ACDRI® Rescue Dog of the Year Award sponsored by Amy Berry, Nina Schroeder, and Guy Lawrence. This award recognizes the rescue dog that shows the most promise in the herding arena. The award will be present at the Annual Awards Banquet.

Annual Awards Banquet

The Annual Awards Banquet is a celebration of the accomplishments of Australian
Cattle Dogs over the past year. A buffet will precede the awards program. The
buffet dinner is to be catered by the Holiday Inn South's award-winning restaurant.
The cost of the banquet ticket is $25.00 for adults and $12.00 for children 10
and under. Adult beverages will be available but not included in this price.
The buffet will include:
- Roast Top Sirloin
- Baked Chicken
- Vegetable - potato
- Salad - potato, macaroni, tossed, and cole slaw)
- Bread
- Dessert
