Sweepstakes Rosette/Trophy Sponsorships
Puppy Sweepstakes Classesare for young dogs (6-18 months). They are judged against the same breed standard as used in regular conformation classes. Dogs and bitches placing in their classes are awarded a percentage of the entry fees and a rosette. Best Puppy (from the 6-9 or the 9-12 month classes), Best Junior (from the 12-15 or 15 to 18 month classes) and the overall or Grand Sweepstakes Winner also receive trophies.
Veteran Sweepstakesis for dogs and bitches 7 years and older. They are judged in age classes of 7-10 years (over 7 years-under 10 years) and over 10 years--separated by sex. They are judged against the same breed standard as used in regular conformation classes.Dogs and bitches placing in classes receive a percentage of the entry fee for their class and a rosette.The best of the 7-10 year olds, the best of the over 10 year olds and the Grand Sweepstakes Winners also receive trophies.
