Motion #1 from Ingrid Rosenquist:
I move that we establish a Breeder Education Committee to be chaired by Deb
Casey.
Note: We discussed this informally at the post board meeting and the thought
was that this could fall under the standards and education committee. Deb
feels strongly that this position covers different material, and asks that
this be a separate committee.
