The mission of the Club Liaison is to provide a bridge of communication between the ACDCA and the regional/local ACD clubs and will timely notify them of important issues. The committee will also work with the regional clubs to publicize the clubs and their events.
Goals:
Re-establish this committee and have a successful year!
Twice annually update the regional clubs contact list - make sure info is posted on web site.
Set up and events calendar on the web site - and have updates monthly.
Help publicize regional clubs by notifying new ACDCA members of clubs in their area.
Make sure reports and completed and turned in by deadline.
Duties:
Maintain a regional club contact list.
Maintain a calendar of regional club events.
Timely notify regional clubs of important issues and relay any information from them back to the ACDCA board.
Maintain an open line of communication between the ACDCA and Regional and Local clubs.
Provide monthly report to VP
Provide a committee report to the quarterly - including promotion of regional and local club events
