Puppy Sweepstakes Classes are for young dogs (6-18 months). They are judged against the same breed standard as used in regular conformation classes. Dogs and bitches placing in their classes are awarded a percentage of the entry fees and a rosette. Best Puppy (from the 6-9 or the 9-12 month classes), Best Junior (from the 12-15 or 15 to 18 month classes) and the overall or Grand Sweepstakes Winner also receive trophies. |
