Consent to use of electronic notices and other communications
with the Australian Cattle Dog Club of America, Inc.
As a Member of Australian Cattle Dog Club of America, Inc., a California nonprofit public benefit Corporation (the “Club”), you may receive or continue receiving meeting notices and other official communications from the Club electronically after you have acknowledged this Consent in your member account, as required by California Corporations Code Section 20.
- The Club may send meeting notices, lists for events, reports, and all other materials and information (“Records”) to me by electronic transmission at the e-mail address listed below.
- The Club may rely on communications sent by me to the Club by electronic transmission from the e-mail address listed below for any purposes. I hereby certify that the Club may reasonably conclude that I am the author of communications so sent.
- I understand that I have the right to have all Records provided or made available on paper or in non-electronic form, but only upon my written request.
- I understand that I have the right to withdraw my Consent at any time upon written notice to the ACDCA Secretary, PMB 54 PO Box SOOS, 5402 Las Palomas, Rancho Santa Fe, California 92067.
- I understand that this Consent will apply to all Records and other communications related to transactions with the Club for as long as I remain a Member of the Club or until I withdraw my Consent.
Electronic transmissions may be sent and received to the Email Address in your member account.
By providing your consent, you also confirm that you are able to access all of the Records and other information provided to you in electronic form. Additionally, by providing your consent, you agree that the federal Electronic Signatures Global and National Commerce Act (“E-Sign Act”) shall apply to (i) your consent to receive notifications, and/or documents in electronic form; (ii) the information you provide, and (iii) the Club’s ability to conduct business with you by electronic means.
